Farm-raised American Paddlefish Caviar has a rich, smooth flavor and is slightly milder in flavor to our wild-caught Paddlefish Caviar. Pearls are medium-sized and range in color from light to steel gray to golden brown.
Our farm-raised Paddlefish Caviar comes from large freshwater reservoirs located throughout the Southeastern United States. Considered a cousin to the Caspian Sevruga, Paddlefish Caviar is a chef and restaurant favorite.
All of our caviars come from North America, and all are sustainably harvested and processed, in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
Note: Caviar will stay fresh sealed for 2 weeks from the date of shipping. We recommend caviar be consumed within 3 days after opening.
