Our wild-caught Paddlefish Caviar comes from the freshwater Mississippi River Basin of Tennessee, Illinois, and Kentucky. Considered a cousin to the Caspian Sevruga, Kelley's Katch Paddlefish Caviar is a chef and restaurant favorite.
