Lobster Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce Topped with Compound Butter and Caviar

Compound butter
Top with Caviar

Boil Ravioli (any Alfredo recipe will do!) Compound butter has chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped garlic. Soften butter, add the other ingredients and put in a pastry bag. Plate boiled ravioli and top with alfredo. Pipe compound butter around ravioli and top with caviar.
