INGREDIENTS
- 3 potatoes, grated then with all its liquid squeezed out
- finely chopped white onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- pinch of pepper
PREPARATION
Fry in vegetable oil until crispy brown and blot some of the oil with a paper towel
Add some creme fraiche and caviar or go traditional with apple sauce.
