INGREDIENTS:

  • blinis
  • crackers
  • lays original potato chips
  • crème Fraiche
  • diced onion
  • French chives
  • Hard-boiled eggs (yolks, whites)

PREPARATION:

Serve with 3L of Brunello champagne Billecart, and cold vodka or a charcuterie and cheese board with a baguette.
